Revelation Bridge for Outlook

The options below are only for Version 2 and above of the Revelation Bridge. For user instructions, please see Using the Revelation Bridge.

 

Revelation Bridge is an add-on, enabling authorized staff or teams to log a new ticket or add actions to an existing ticket from their inbox. From the Administration area, you can customize how the emails are added into Revelation helpdesk, whether as a new ticket or an added action note to an existing ticket.

Visibility

Choose between Access Level or Team. When selected, the selected members will be able to use the Revelation Bridge to add to existing tickets, or create new ones from emails they receive from clients.

New Ticket

From the New Ticket section, select the items which will be visible in the Ticket Description area once the ticket is logged by Revelation.
